Unhappy Running Prime95 results in white screen?

Well I've just about been through hell trying to figure out whats wrong.

My System:
Intel Pentium 4 Prescott 3.2GHz 800MHz Bus
Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu CPU Fan
ABit IS7 (Intel i865-ICH5)
Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PRO XMS3200 1024MB
Xtasy ATI Radeon X800 XT
Windows XP

I ran Prime95 and after a couple minutes the screen goes white, you can still see some of the back ground through horizontal lines, and you can also tell your moving the mouse.

I replaced for new parts the video card first, still white, then the processor, still white, then the motherboard, still white.

I also made sure my bios was updated and checked the machine on a different monitor. All of my temps are fine.

I don't have any other problems operating the machine, can play games for hours with no problem, video editing works fine. Even Protein Folding does not result in this white screen!

Any Ideas?

Maybe try "compatibility mode" listed under right click on the file name/file properties?

If you are overclocking, lower the overclock.

Test your memory with memtest86 or try other memory or relax the memory timings.

You might also try to boot into safe mode, which might use different drivers.

Try running the torture test for several hours, and see if it gives you any errors.

Video driver issue or Video card overheating (can produce many strange effects).

Could be card overheating but less likely because the card was replaced
unless the problem is endemic in that series of cards.

No mention of changing video drivers.
Some video drivers in the past have had subtle bugs that only show
up in combination with certain programs, switching to earlier or later
versions has fixed it.
