Welcome, this may not be the answer.
I'm not aware of any way to do a torture test beside these:
- start it by the Prime95 gui
- OR command line argument "-t".
I think the service is "only" capable of starting up ntprime(64).exe, which is like a guiless prime95.exe. And i don't think prime95 can read "torture line" from the worktodo.txt.
Maybe this http://www.mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=14276 can help you creating a guiless prime95 service, (where you can use the -t) without the ntservice.exe.

Or simply use "prime95.exe -t" in like a startup .bat/(or .cmd?) with the "tray icon" option.

//Also if "So I configure Prime to Autoboot on Startup" means you set it in the gui that is a setting for prime95, but the service is on autostart by default.
//Also i can't figure out your first sentence, but you aren't running Prime95 and the Service at the same time, are you?
