Default CADO-NFS Humo(u)r

I've written more than once about ETAs in the distant future, which is caused quite naturally by an expectation that a single machine is running the project and clients have not, as yet, uploaded any results.

This time, as results came in, I received ETAs into the past:
Code:
PID28269 2020-05-25 15:56:59,540 Info:Polynomial Selection (size optimized): Marking workunit c200_polyselect1_211962240-211972320
as ok (105.8% => ETA Sat Sep 11 02:31:20 1982)
 . . .
PID28269 2020-05-25 15:59:16,188 Info:Polynomial Selection (size optimized): Marking workunit c200_polyselect1_212052960-212063040
as ok (106.3% => ETA Tue Jul  8 06:54:08 1980)
 . . .
PID28269 2020-05-25 16:02:12,767 Info:Polynomial Selection (size optimized): Marking workunit c200_polyselect1_212143680-212153760

I reported that effect to the CADO-NFS mailing list a year or two ago. Extrapolation of my early results suggested that the factorization would be complete in roughly 4000BCE

That date was well within the error bars.
