calculation time not added to account-stats

Hi,
I just finished LL of an M33XXXXXX-Number (took more than 4 Month) but the cpu-time isn't added to my account-statistics :-(
Now it's more than 5 days ago that I finished calculation, but still nothing to see in the stats.
Nothing changed, but it looks like calculation on that number still keep running... but I definitely switched to the next number M34......
The 'day to got'-column shows a negative value (-5.8) - what does that mean?

can someone help me here?

Sounds like your PC needs to contact the PrimeNet server to submit its results. Try forcing an update by doing Advanced -> Manual Communication. If that fails, post the error message here.
