Cannot link my v4 account!

I created a new account in v5, named PathFinder, as it was in v4 (hope this is allowed, I didn't find any warning about it).

Then I tried to link my v4 account, but it just won't do it.
I tried today, 2008-10-27, so it is supposed to be up and running.

I am sure my v4 userID and password are correct, I even tried copying&pasting from v4 ini files.

I have run mprime for 10 years now, I wouldn't like to have my credits lost.
Any idea of what could be wrong?

Me too, same problem here. I can't link my old v4 account gbvalor to new v5 created today.

I'm also pretty sure that old userID and password are OK.

Same problem here, with my old V4 account "Phantomas".

Because it wasn't working, i'll tried "phantomas" (lowercase p), that worked.
But I'm sure, that my old V4 account is with uppercase P.
So i'm connected to it, but no old workunits are assigned to my V5 account with the same name "Phantomas".

But wenn I start a resultquery for my account, all previous checked in results are appearing....

I (and a few other people) posted about it in the v5 server migration thread (in this same forum). I also sent Scott mail about it.

Scott just wrote back (10 minutes ago), and said that the bug preventing the linkage has been resolved. Mine works now.

Try linking them again.
