Both factors are outside the 3-4 previous P-1 bounds for each exponent:

(note: the data for the P-1 that did find these factors won't appear on my site until after midnight UTC, in ~12 hours, so you're currently only seeing the P-1s that didn't find the factor)

P-1 found a factor in stage #2, B1=735000, B2=13230000.
UID: Jwb52z/Clay, M96368791 has a factor: 2926504435995523506078247 (P-1, B1=735000, B2=13230000)

81.275 bits.
