My question is will it run faster on a supercomputer and where can I get free python access to a supercomputer without jumping through to many hoops to access the interpreter?

Why would anyone with a supercomputer provide free access to you?
Perhaps you mean a cloud computer; you could get free trials to AWS or google cloud, fire up a multicore machine, and have at it.

Faster than what?

Many supercomputers these days are basically just many CPUs joined together by fast networking fabric. It might be possible that your local desktop machine can run a single thread faster than a supercomputer could run a single thread. Where the advantage comes in is how the supercomputers are designed to efficiently do parallel workloads across thousands of cores.
