Did the sale ad use any language along the lines of "...hosting on dedicated server, gently used as homebrew e-mail server by a former U.S. secretary of state and then wiped, like with a cloth, or something"? If so, better make sure to immunize yourself against software-hackery by The Putin prior to use.
