New PB (p52^7 - 1)/(p52 - 1) = 29 * 43 * p108 * p140 59 days of sieve time on a 3.4 GHz quad core to crack a number with SNFS difficulty 251, not bad.  2019-12-10, 05:12 #744 RichD     Sep 2008 Kansas 324110 Posts With the enhancements of CADO using GNFS for factoring, and the optimization of parameters by VBCurtis in and around the C140 range, this introduces home hobbyist to tackle moderately size factoring projects for OPN (Odd Perfect Numbers). Many numbers in the early part of the t2100.txt file fit this description. I would guess, though Pascal does not keep track of ECM work, many are ready for GNFS. The format of the file can be found here but a brief explanation is each line has where is the remaining composite which needs factoring. is usually 1 or 2 digits. Remaining composites are from (^(+1))/(-1). A great write up for installing CADO can be found here by EdH. Then, simply download and replace the improved params.c140.txt from this post. If any are interested they can try their hand - Oh, I mean computer, on these numbers.
