does anyone know sth about the mfaktc program mentioned here ? Where can it be dowloaded and what is its license ?

Windows (64) here. Ask user 'The Judger' aka Oliver for details. I think it's a proof of concept but quite mature.

For reference:
  • latest version (0.13) source tarball is attached here.
  • There's also some sort of sieve bench here.
Unfortunately (for me) this is a GPU tool.
