"Homework help" does not mean "get others to do all your work for you". I already gave you some advice earlier in the thread:

is my second 129-digit challenge number. If factors are found put them on factordb.
This time, n^2+1 with
Code:
n = 45083353343605571545533410947717135106897526776420892595434169982645626140823520
I see this is already factored, but please don't do these for him. It appears that he has the info and tools to do these himself.

Default Problems

Anyways the numbers sometimes are pretty huge and cannot be done by email, so I must resort to nfs. But the NfS in ggnfs will not go anywhere (it cannot start) maybe my computer is spoilt

If you're having problems setting up ggnfs, post in the Factoring subforum, making it clear exactly what the issues are, and there will be plenty of people willing to help you. It's almost certainly nothing to do with your computer.

The factors are 6250...1761 and
7728...3417

Please PM me with how much you will pay me for 72 core-hours and, if your offer is acceptable, I'll send you my PayPal account details and, on receipt of the funds, the remaining digits.

The com will not run the ggnfs.

That's about the least clear you could possibly have made it. It's unlikely that your computer won't run the ggnfs sievers: the assembly code hasn't been updated since the core-2 era, so they ought to run even on computers that are over 10 years old. Your issue probably lies somewhere else.

Are you using factmsieve.py or yafu to run ggnfs?
What error(s) are you getting? It would be useful for us to see the logfile from factmsieve.py/yafu and the output to the terminal.
If polynomial selection runs successfully and then the sievers (gnfs-lasieve4I13e etc) won't run, have you set the filepath correctly in factmsieve.py/yafu.ini?

Why do you care about these particular numbers?

And what is the actual error you get when you try to run the factoring software yourself?
