Hello everyone, on February 17th Microsoft released Microsoft Azure Quantum, which allows you to try a quantum computer in the cloud for free for one hour, for more than one hour it is paid. Did anyone know or tried?

They look... strangely non-quantum to me. Maybe QMC is quantum, though I've heard the term used for a classical algorithm (simulated quantum annealing) as well. (Can anyone verify which algorithm, exactly, they mean by "Quantum Monte Carlo"?) Certainly simulated annealing, parallel tempering, and tabu search are all classical. I think that by "QIO", Microsoft means essentially "classical".
