Default The Cube Sun of Minecraft, and the math behind them

Everyone know about Minecraft and cube-shaped Sun here?)

So, the cube Sun&Planet is result of some strange laws of physics)
Leaving aside all physics law, can we build a math behind the wierld gravitation force of Minecraft - named it Mintation (or Minetation))), that caused the free minetation particles not only just attract one another, but form the cubic shape ???

Leave 3D for a while, go to 2D. On the plane, 10000 minetation particles (circles equal mass m in th center, r is negligibly small) form the quare of 100x100 by the logic???
and what will be with 6000 or 5429?

If I may please share... This is more for the general audience than the OP.

A friend couple of ours son is addicted to video games. They are relatively wealthy, so he has top-of-the-line kit in front of him. Powerful desktop; multiple tablets and laptops.

All he does, day in and day out, is play video games. Sometimes it's an FPS, other times it's Minecraft. Other times something else. When he's not playing games he watches movies. Then he goes back to sleep.

I have tried to encourage him to learn how to program. Start with Python. Then maybe some Javascript.

Nope... Play. Just play. Hang out with his friends while they play in someone else's world.

Oh... And he's failing almost all his coursework.

And he can't parse an email.

The new dark ages.

So very sad...

In the same time, the almost every minecraft players can found the shortest road to one of randomly chosen room from 3000 in the castle, or whatever they build - i.e. they solve in mind the large optimization problem; and they do it Very fast - I'm swear, they unintantionlly using an intuition (a kind of magic), as the source of direct knowlege.
This of course consumes their energy, so it's not surprising that there is no energy left for everything else)

Personally... As an employer... I don't find the skill set you describe useful for my projects.
