I discovered a very important notion about prime numbers and i want you to
guide me how i can publish my research?

This notion will help us for discovering new prime numbers easily

First step would be to share a bit more about it. That way you can get some input. Maybe this is already a known thing. Many things have been found before, but are not well known outside of the serious math student. If there is a small issue it can pointed out so you can fix it before submitting for publication.

I noticed that forthcoming 1069 charter of my favorite manga, One Piece is a prime number!
