There must be documentation somewhere. Please do your own work. You have been asking people to spoon feed you too often. Also, use google or duckduckgo to search not the stuff controlled by the Chinese government. You will find more that way. Also, try to get VPN outside of China.

The closest you'll get to using ECPP from a "download" is Pari/GP. I strongly suggest you abandon completely past-its-sell-by-date Windows 7 and install a secure up-to-date Linux distribution such as Ubuntu or Debian. Then you can easily install the fastest ECPP software.
