I think you could do alot better using e-bay.
A particular asus dual board and low volatge xeons comes to mind.
Also I probably wouldn't invest alot of money into anything non-64-bit.

Also your cpu/watt isn't going to be that good either, unless you wanted a whole house heater of course.

Look for blade servers etc...
