Hello, here I have a primo-task which is crashed.
tmp-file have 0 bytes but all *.sxx files are available. Is it possible to recover it ? greetings |

Not that I know of. This is why regular backups of Primo work is recommended. I have a cron job doing daily, weekly and monthly backups, with a regular off-disk back up -- or you could use network shares.

Thank you for your answer, Paul ! Yes, I know. I'm very carefully , if I make such certificates. It was not my primo-fail, but good to know that we can not recover it. My suggestion was, trying "recuva" ... sometimes and with luck , he found fragments of the tmp-file. Unfortunately, Marcel's email don't work..maybe he have a solution.
