Chris Caldwell is upgrading his disks to RAID for his server. So the site will be down for a day or two

The site seems to be up and down the last day or so. I assume
the primes will come back once things have settled down

The status page of the top-5000 site says:

Warning: We are having difficulties with this server's Linux software RAID array. We have replaced both drives. Rebuilt the system kernal, upgraded mysql, ... I was hoping all would be done today (Thursday March 23) but there is a possibility we may have intermitant shutdowns until ??? (until we find the problem).

The Top-5000 site appears to be completely down now. There is no response. Is it so hard to install a RAID array under Linux? I don't know, I've never tried...

Right now I can reach The Prime Pages home page, but nothing further from that.

Any info on when Top-5000 will be functional again?
