I am looking at the Top 500 lifetime TF and there are 2,337 lines with GhzDays >0 yet 0 Attempts and 0 Successes.
How can that be? And on the other hand some people with 0 GhzDays and yet >0 attempts the most of extreme of which is: 7378 J Feitsma 0 31580 31580 with 0 GhzDays and 31,580 Attempts and Successes Last fiddled with by petrw1 on 2010-09-29 at 21:36 Reason: Part 2 |

I am the Feitsma guy. Funny how a bit of self-googling can bring you somewhere :).
When I was doing the base2-psp search, the main work involved a lot of trial-factoring on small mersenne primes. I simply submitted all those factors to the proper databases, which can look a bit strange indeed. Last fiddled with by J.F. on 2013-02-24 at 12:55 |
