Default Assignment key xxx belongs to another user

I hope I'm posting to the right section but since a couple of hours I got this message:

Updating computer information on the server
Sending expected completion date for M43987637: May 16 2018
PrimeNet error 40: No assignment
ap: Assignment key xxx belongs to another user

but the mersenne.org page says that this number belongs to me. What is wrong?

Check your user name in P95/Test menu. Also, keep in mind that the user name and display name are two different things. Your p95 has to use the same user name as you use when you login to p95 to access your profile, and not the name that is displayed when you look at the exponent status (assignment).

I looked everywhere but not for the unsetted username. I don't know how this happend that Prime95 forget the user name. Now it is working again.
