And just to be OCD clear, my first results start with 3449.
By "top" I mean "highest".
Not to be confused with "top" of this page

Thanks

LOL... Yet another example where English is sub-optimal in communicating... Even "Highest" is subject to inference. "Largest" or "Greatest", perhaps?

Default TheJudger...

So, Oliver's been "doing his thing" recently. Thanks!!!

Every little bit helps...

Wayne, I'll leave it to you to coordinate the last bit of deep P-1 clean-up needed in the "Higher" ranges.

29.8M, 49.6M, and possibly 30.5M will benefit from some extreme TF'ing. But the rest look relatively achievable with just some targeted P-1'ing.

P.S. For those following this exercise ("A bit like watching paint dry. Only, different..."). I've added in-page link targets to each 1M range, linked from the "Range" header on the top-left of all the tables.

P.P.S. For example, some are working in 11.xM. This means they no longer have to waste time scrolling...

Default WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! Latest Update

With 3 massive factor farms all joining the fun over the last few months there are huge changes.
However, I would be remiss if I didn't give kudos to many others who have also lent a hand recently.
All help is hugely appreciated and valuable to the completion.
The support has never been greater. WOOT WOOT.

29 more ranges cleared:
4.1, 4.4, 4.7,
11.1, 11.4, 11.6, 11.8, 11.9, 13.7,
22.1, 22.6, 22.7, 22.8, 23.3, 23.6, 23.8,
24.3, 24.5, 24.6, 25,1. 25,5. 25,6. 25,8,
26.0, 27.4, 28.6, 29.6, 31.9, 33.3

TOTALS to date:
322 total ranges cleared or 64.79% (175 ranges remaining)
19 with less than 20 to go.
148 with less than 100 to go.
10,475 more factored (44,105)....79.86% total factored.

A new set of stats: ... I hope I can make these clear:
The first column of numbers is as of the start of this project (2017-07-24)
The second column of numbers is as of today.
The first two rows will be addressed via this project.
The last two rows will be addressed by Prime95 with no help required here.
--- REPEAT: This project will NOT need to help with these 2 rows

Code:
Category	Start	Today
Lowest ToDo	1.8	5.2	(The lowest range still over 1999)
Highest ToDo	86.3	49.6	(The highest remaining for this project ... all higher will be done via standard Prime95 protocols)
Low UnDone	86.4	107.2	(The lowest still over 1999 that Prime95 will eventually clear on its own)
High UnDone	999.8	999.8	(The highest remaining for Prime95)
My current Activities
I have all my P1 firepower in the 3x.M range.
There are only 6 ranges left there....and 4 are close.
With a boost of TF recently to 75 bits it is now clear what is remaining.
(actually a couple of us are on the last range to 75).
I intend to have all these remaining ranges cleared before year end.

The only other outlier is 49.6; Anton Repko is chugging away on it....It's looking promising.

What are my amazing helpers up to?
There has been a ton of TF done (as implied at the start); by the big-3 and many others.
This is happening right from the lowest to the highest remaining ranges.
Many of you are P1'ing all over the map as well.

Where is the help most required?
With all the TF going on the most help is required in P1 ...
20.0 to 21.6 still need TF72-74 but I suspect the Big 3 will take care of that over the next couple months.
At the same time the lower ranges are getting more TF as well.
TF is way ahead of the P1 needs (helper included).

My immediate attention will be P1 in the 2xM ranges that are at 74 bits.
I will in the next day or two create a table of the remaining 2xM ranges indicating the suggested P1 effort for completion; I'll keep it current ... stay tuned.

Good things are happening in the ranges below 20M ... I'll leave them to their own devices for now.

Thanks!!! THANKS!!!!!!

Thanks for doing the coordination of the P-1'ing in the higher ranges.

I'm personally going to do 29.7M next.

Default Thanks Oliver!!!

Hey Wayne... Based on some recent activity it might good to update your work-map, and get some more P-1'ers to clear out some (now easily managed) ranges.

Last fiddled with by chalsall on 2021-10-07 at 21:41 Reason: s/, get/, and get/; # Code was legal, but didn't DWIM...

Hey Dylan, thanks for your help.
I've noticed that you are recently P1'ing 25.5M.
You may not have noticed that range was recently cleared (completed).

Could I suggest you move to 25.4M instead.
This range only needs 16 more factors.
Take any where B1=B2 currently.
You would not need overly aggressive bounds; at most B1=1M/B2=30M
This would give you about a 3% success rate and about 3.2GhzDays per assignment.

That effort will be done. With all the Carbon that might (or might not) involve.
All right, I've already submitted those TFs without the credits, but I still don't see how it may be useful for another user someday in the future. It's only the test of myself checking how many minutes or hours that'll take for me during each bit within that specific range. Since all the unfactored candidates were already up to at least 2^76 there, I picked an exponent with 2 lower known factors.

No additional factors for M103347143 between 2^65 to 2^73.
