You are right, the file is dated January 2, 2011, but I don't know how do you find out the limit, the value within the file, on the first line, is 1000000000 (1 bn) which is obviously just a placeholder, not updated.

To everybody:
Please note that we have a small confussion now: the 13001321 reservation was cancelled but Curtis reserved 13211324 before that. In the meanwhile 13001306 were reserved by others.
