Cannot connect to mersenne.ca by wifi

Hello, i have a problem when trying to reach mersenne.ca, other pages work fine.
Any other external isitonline page shows it's online.

It happens when i try on any popular browser (chrome, ff, android: inbrowser, ghostery) and by wifi. But whenever i try it on mobile net (4G) it shows the page correctly.

So on wifi it shows the "Apache HTTP server test page - powered by centos"
From a quick search it shows that and "Apache 2 test page" is a server-side configuration, and it's not an error but from mobile i can still reach the actual page.
And if i try mersenne.ca/* (whenever it's valid or ), it shows the 403 - Forbidden

My internet access has been slow/unstable for the last couple of days, proably due to the sudden storm.
I tried a router restart, and ipconfig /renew, win7 and ubuntu, same page appears.

I live in Central Europe, if that matters.
Also tried pinging pages the three mersenne page has ~150, pages from my home country have really low ping, popular international pages have ~ 50 ping.

You have answered your own question.

The problem is on your end. WIFI is, by definition, local to you.
