Default Error 3: Exponent not assigned to this computer

I attempted to unreserve exponent 36085481. I am getting an Error 3. There is nothing in the worktodo file. The program did not get another exponent assigned from the server. The program is not doing anything right now other than trying to unreserve the exponenent every 30 minutes where it's getting an ERROR 3. How do I clear this situation, and get another exponent assigned from the server?

You probably unassigned it already. Just delete the relevant primxxxx.spl file. I verified in the status file the exponent 36085481 is not reserved.
