Are there flood-post bots on this forum?

Please unban Alberico Leopore right now! There's no reason to ban someone for not factoring a number you've requested. That's their choice, and under no conditions should a site's staff be allowed to ban someone for not factoring a number. They're not posting spam; it would've contained repeat links to their websites (like LiquidNitrogen's posts did) or ads of stuff like skin care/male enhancement products. You've allowed Storflyt32 to post stuff for over a year now. What Alberico Lepore is doing is no more futile than what Storflyt32 is doing (trying to find the factors of numbers by "dividing" them by random integers, and discarding the fractional part), and I see nothing wrong with doing that. Even though it's much more likely* that Superman will appear in our own universe before Graham's Number A.D./C.E., there's still a non-zero (approximately 1 out of 1.5*10^298) chance that Alberico Lepore or Storflyt32 could randomly stumble upon a factor of one of those RSA numbers within their own lifetimes (assuming that it takes 1/10 of a second to divide a 617-digit number by a 309-digit number). Extremely unlikely, but still possible. Also, I want you to unban Samuel. The only reason he got mad at you was because you were getting mad at him for posting "misc. math" stuff. Some people (like me) love to read such misc math, and see if they can use it for something other than factoring integers. If anything, everyone should've just ignored his posts. That would've made him stop without a ban.

*Assuming that the DC, Marvel, Star Wars, etc. multiverses actually exist, which can't be disproven atm, due to the fact that scientists/astrophysicists haven't proven/disproven the Multiverse theory. If you don't believe in the multiverse theory, just ignore this part. Actually, it would still happen without the multiverse, as a result of quantum-level chaos, even if it was just for a single Planck time.

I'm not a mod, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't banned simply due to a failure to factor one integer. He was banned because he posts endless, nonstop, unceasing streams of garbage equations that do nothing but clutter up the forum. He ignores all feedback and just keeps posting more, and more, and more.

The factoring challenge (I believe) was a last-ditch effort: "show us your equations can actually do something meaningful."

The user was banned for two weeks for bot-like behavior. I have publicly noted this behavior, e.g. here.

Yes, it takes an Act of God to ban a blogger.
