Related to NASA. https://power.larc.nasa.gov/ The above portal provides solar and meteorological data sets from NASA research for support of renewable energy, building energy efficiency and agricultural needs. API is available and I use it to get radiation datasets for my rooftop projects for baseline propose. Obviously for our big solar farms we calibrate out baselines with onsite sensoring data.
