You should be able to get the dll here: http://www.zlib.net/

Use the latest version (1.2.8)

Without renaming the file I got the same error (but only for pthread this time). When I renamed the file I got this error instead:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

When posting svn builds can I suggest including the revision number so we don't get confused at a later date. Ideally this would be in the name of the zip file so that we would have it when extracted.

The set of dlls that seem to work for me are attached, at least I get into YAFU and it will start factor jobs. had to find the 64bit versions of zlib1.dll (version 1.2.3.0) and pthreadsGC2-w64.dll (version 2.9.0.0)

Thanks Antonio. I have so many copies of dlls all over the place that it's a pain to find the right ones.

Dependency Walker is a great tool for finding out which DLL your executable isn't finding, as well as the exact path to all the DLLs that do get found.
