Error reading intermediate file

I got the following error in Prime95 and then the program started the exponent from the first iteration again (24962549 was almost 50% done).

Error reading intermediate file: pO962549
Renaming intermediate file qO962549 to pO962549.
Error reading intermediate file: pO962549

It looks like the file somehow got corrupted and the backup file didn't work eiter. This happened shortly after I slightly overclocked the FSB, from 166 to 176, of my Athlon 2800+. **Bad idea

Also the PrimeNet server seems to be down.
