I have an old 486slc2/50. It does not have an FPU. Are there any DC projects that could use it? I normally boot to DOS Win3.1, but I can also boot it into Linux. I would have to sneakernet any results, etc. for submission.
Thanks. ![]() |

Distributed.Net clients run well under LINUX, and don't have any interest in a FPU (both the RC5-72 and the OGR projects are *strictly* integer operations).
I don't think they support Win 3.x in the current client, but not sure - I plan to check once I get my DOS/WFWg 3.11 "old games and backup mail reader" machine put back together and running again. |
