Range is complete:
Code:
no factor for k*2^74+1 in k range: 8000000000000000 to 9007199254740991 (127-bit factors) [mmff 0.28 mfaktc_barrett128_F64_95gs] no factor for k*2^74+1 in k range: 9007199254740992 to 10000000000000000 (128-bit factors) [mmff 0.28 mfaktc_barrett128_F64_95gs] |

I have processed half of the range. PRPs for n=18000-18499, k=2e6-5e6 are attached. Found one xGF so far:
Code:
3796269*2^18431+1 is a Factor of xGF(18430,12,7)!!!! |

Once you finish the range, please attach the full list of factors found, and I will send it to Prof Keller. Last fiddled with by ET_ on 2020-10-03 at 10:24 |

Hi,
I finished the range n=18k-19k, k=2M-5M and found 2 xGF divisors: 3796269*2^18431+1 is a Factor of xGF(18430,12,7)!!!! 2130243*2^18749+1 is a Factor of xGF(18746,7,5)!!!! A list of all prps I've found is in the attached zip file. |

Luigi, I say you just reserve one big chunk. That makes bookkeeping easier.
I plan on reporting results every few weeks. Should we reserve just one big chunk for 815e15<k<900e15? Yes Regards, Matt Anderson |

Not sure how long this will take. I'm only using Google Colab free version with mmff.
