Annoying forum behaviour

We seem to have a new forum statistic:

How it's calculated, and how the individual annoying members are (evidently) divided up, might be a subject for speculation.

In any case, annoying forum behaviour is something many of us will have an opinion on. Why not talk about it here?

But first: let me suggest that no-one mentions any forum member by name when referring to annoying behaviour.

Here's my idea of annoying behaviour:
Someone starts a pointless thread which also contains plenty of potential for flame wars, then covers himself by imposing a draconian rule so that any unpleasantness can't be called his fault.

Who else finds things annoying on the forum? What are they?

I'm not sure I can agree with that. Do you find that annoying? I sure do. I also find it annoying when people are annoyed with themselves.

P.S. I also find it annoying that the supermods still have not named a smiley after me. Yes, I understand that I'm amazing (and annoying) and I defy capture by a few pixels, but still...
