can someone clarify what does "Annoying Members: 1¼;" meant on the bottom of the homepage? youre not referring to me right?

When I joined this forum, It already was at 1 1/4. I joined in 2010. To my surprise, it hasn't increased since, even after being annoying for a while. Don't overestimate your actions.
