Milliseconds per iteration, that means how long each iteration takes.

Iterations are the steps in the calculation. The less time each takes the fast the test can be completed. Roughly there are about same number of steps as the exponent being tested. So a number like 103000043 being tested at 10 milliseconds per iterations would take:

103000043 iterations (+/-) * 10 ms/iter = 1030000430 ms = 17167 min = 286.1 hrs = 11days 22 hours 6 minutes.

The smaller the ms/iter the faster the test.
