We had some strange instances of results being submitted through the API that were missing the raw text. There's enough other info in the API result to parse it all, but without that raw text being present, lots of other reports depend on it and do odd things.

It's been pretty much isolated to the same user, so something is happening there, and I think we're monitoring for these to make sure they don't happen.

There were some historical results that came in that way as well, also isolated to one or two users. It was from several years back so I have a to-do to clean those up.

It's always fun when you expect to have certain data present and then it's not there or not as expected.

We have lots of checks in place, but honestly, there's always something else we just didn't plan for... weird.

Not sure if this is a server problem, but whenever I try to access anything at mersenne.org I get a 403 "forbidden" error.

It happens when I tried to download the mprime.tar.gz, happens when mprime tries to get new work and also wget https://mersenne.org/ results in a 403.

Is the IP range blocked? It's at a hoster, IP is 109.230.* (can send full IP via PM).

It appears that there is a problem in the key "i". In the same sentence "avalable" should be "available".

I would argue that when the bug reports are simply in the Human you've pretty much hit your mark. 8^)

Nope. A user submitted 15 ordinary looking ECM results and for some reason was given enormous CPU credit. James and I are stumped. For now, I'm chalking it up to server glitch.

In trying to repair the recent huge CPU credit problem, I managed to destroy all the ECM progress data.
I've emailed Aaron to restore from a backup.
