It is identical to 24.13 except for two bug fixes that virtually no cares about (torture test on SSE2 128K L2 cache CPUs and using pfactor= with more trial factoring required)

Let me know if I screwed up any of the builds or uploads.

It is semi-official. If no one reports that I screwed up the upload - which I do more frequently than I should - then I'll update the links at http://mersenne.org/freesoft.htm

I checked the help menu for 24.13, and it still shows the old factoring limits table. Where can I see what the new factoring limits are?

I installed Prime95 ver. 24.14 on a P-III (Win XP professional) yesterday. The WHATSNEW.txt says that 24.6 on a P-III is slower than 23.9. Is this still true for 24.14?
