The example doesn't seem to match the given score.
With n=5 and m=15, the last term in the sum (k=5) is: (n * a[s[k]] / m)**k = (5 * 6 / 15)**5 = 2**5, which alone is much more than the claimed total sum of 1.25. Also the distribution variables are first said to use 1-based indexing, even though the permutation then used with them uses 0-based indexing - taken literally, the a[s[k]] part would result in a "list index out of range" failure. |

With so many ill-defined problems, I am OK to ignore all English errors.
The quality of the puzzles really dropped since the puzzlemaster has changed. There are always some mistakes in the problems, and it is happening every month, now. There is also the problem of infrequent feedback and updates to the website. |
