GPU72 assigning already completed assignments

Hi guys, reposting in this sub-forum, maybe can get traction of right people.

I having an issue where MISFIT pulls from GPU72 already completed TF assignments, resulting in wasted GHz work.
When it completes the assignment that is already done, MISFIT throws out an error:

PROCESSING RESULT: NO FACTOR FOR M129527803 FROM 2^75 TO 2^76 [MFAKTC 0.21 BARRETT76_MUL32_GS]
ERROR CODE: 40, ERROR TEXT: TF RESULT FOR M129527803 WAS NOT NEEDED

When I check the specific exponent in website, it was completed 24 hours prior by someone else already. Why is GPU72 assigning them in double? I added screenshots too.
This is the 3rd occurrence in the last 7 days.

Is there any fix I can do? Thanks!

Sigh... No good deed goes unpunished... Thank you for reporting this.

To explain what happened here... A couple of weeks ago I let the "expire" script run. This recycles (read: returns into the pool) candidates that are long past their promised completion date.

As (un)luck would have it, the original assignee completed the assignment shortly before you did.

No; it's on my side of the house. But please accept my apology. A wasted cycle is what GPU72 was created to avoid.

And... Out of this...

Everyone... Please know I will update my SOPs to avoid this kind of thing happening moving forward. My plan is to instead of releasing expired candidates back into the general pool, expired candidates will be worked by myself. Thus, I will take any potential "damage" of lost cycles.

P.S. It is an amazing time to be alive! If I had told my teenage self what we'd all be doing only fourty years later, I wouldn't have believed it.

Alright, no worries, its a process and improvements come when some mishaps happen!

I continue my work as usual then, and the double ones will naturally get filtered out I assume. :)

Yes, I worked in door 2 door sales before for years, and we had quite intensive training about voice volume, tonality, speed, accuracy etc. Also, how to adjust it when needed based on people types we spoke - with dominant people who have signs and accuracies of being fast, get to the point people, we used louder, direct to the point voice, while with middle-age teachers we spoke softer, slower and with warmth. There is a lot of science behind it, was interesting to learn so many nuances. :)

Power of voice is something, or strength of voice. But I don't like people who are loud on purpose to show dominance, I see right through them.

Anyway, wanted to say thanks for making the software btw, because I could not stand manually managing 3000 GHz per day with assignments and uploads. So I raise my glass for that!

Yeah... Agree. I personally have a deep voice. I know how to use it.

I am currently only able to run one session at present, as it asks me to login, but gives me no way of logging in.
I am normally running 10 using different e-mails for each.
Have they moved the goalposts again ...

One of my "Windows test articles" has been experiencing this. Every time I launch the Cell, I have to re-paste the UID.

In the upper right is a message saying, "Please log in.

We can't complain. The compute is free (tangential to the time expended by those trying to leverage it).
