I reached 3e14 this morning, so I expect to get to 5e14 sometime on Tuesday, and I'll post then.

In the meanwhile, at 3e14, the smallest non-recorded gap is still 52048, and the next few also the same, 52102, 53836.

Largest gaps are now

Code:
180082 175934192636591
180083 246762443994551
180267 228767376933281
181948 228186907139291
188433 284010274084541
 195044 92944027480721

5e14 to 9e14 should be done tomorrow GMT morning so I will backup the data, will then run up to 17e4. Would be great to have a script to compare different gaplist.txt and create one with first occurrences. BTW, I have much more Largest gaps when I did trial the scripts last night on 50% of my range results.

I cannot test it right now, but you should be able to do this with "update_gap_list.pl" as well.

"update_gap_list.pl" will keep only the first occurrences. So, in principle you could use it to merge two gaplist files. Just rename one of them and treat it as a "logfile".

You're correct since both content are the same format, sorry. Will just post my gaplist file when I finish up to 9e14. Then Robert can update with his range.

Silly me - I did not realise that "missing.txt" is a cumulative file. Hence I was reading the incorrect smallest non-recorded gap.

I'm now at 4e14. Still no 200k gaps, but the smallest non-recorded gaps are 88591, 88675 and 91673

Largest gaps at 4e14 are:

Code:

Disregard the above, made a wrong estimate. I’ll make another reservation next Saturday.
