Weird, now it worked for me, when requesting stuff that's a single bit level deep (67 to 68) but still not for 67 to 69, for example. Also the submission form apparently "accepts" results, but they are stuck in the queue. Well, it makes sense, if the database is in an unknown state, no writes should be allowed.

As noted, my server got a hardware shuffle last night, and it seems that it didn't shut down one of the database tables nicely. I'm running repair table on it right now (45M records so may take a little while). While that table is offline you won't be able to query anything to do with exponents in the 3000M-3999M range.

edit: repair table is completed, I'm just quickly checking all the other tables to make sure they're all good, otherwise the site should be back to normal now. The queue of submitted results will be worked through automatically within a few hours.

edit2: (11h18 EDT): I'm temporarily turning off mersenne.ca to let the database checks run a bit faster
edit3: (12h42 EDT): all table checks passed fine, I'm just taking this offline opportunity to optimize some tables without user load
edit4: (13h15 EDT): everything should be back online now

Glad to see that it was not a major hardware problem!

Database updates complete, www.mersenne.ca should be back up to full capacity again, thanks for your patience.

Working fine here. If you previously tried to look at that page when it was broken you may have a cached version, try a forcible ctrl-F5 to refresh.

2019-Jun-24 1600h UTC: mersenne.ca is intentionally offline for a short while (30-60 mins?) while I perform some database maintenance.
2019-Jun-24 1645h UTC: it looks like the live server is a lot slower than my local test server at these kind of changes, so will probably be 3-4 hours, sorry.

confirmed: it will be back online by 2000h. Thank you for your patience. Sorry it took longer than expected.

1. (not important) Those are now getting "error 4+small_change". Most probably you deleted the huge files. Any update in case I want to "renew" my stock?

2. (more important) These tables are now messed up (over the 100M, all two_decimals are missing the other 9 lines in the table, only the first from 10 is shown).

All data exports now live at https://www.mersenne.ca/export/[/quote]

Not really broken, that's just how it works (and always has). The available resolution depends on the exponent range, 0.01M is available up to <100M, 0.1M is available up to <1000M. I have added some clarification text and some automatic redirects to make it more clear.
