Default Demand Media search, not sure how to do it

I just read in Wired magazine about a company called Demand Media which is basically churning out quick and dirty videos about anything and everything to attempt to make money off of the long tail of the Internet. It sound like a fabulous idea, except I'm not sure how to use it.

I want to ask the question,"What good scifi shows are out there?" and hope that this company already made a video for that, but I can't for the life of me come up with search terms. Usually, when I search on Google, I try to come up with terms to weed out the crap, and then ask the more specific questions in individual forums, to be answered by real people. Now that I may have the opportunity to get better answers, I'm not really sure how to do a search for the specific stuff that I want to know about.

Any advice?

It seems to me that it's Demand Media's responsibility to instruct prospective customers how to use its service. Doesn't it do so?

And, once again, my probably autistic, definitely unusual brain manages to complicate things.

This is why I believe I won't be able to accomplish anything major until I can get myself a nanny/wife to focus my energies. Someone who's super-loyal but isn't afraid to get pissed at me for under-achieving.

Or, to put it in more vulgar terms, a muse that I can have sex with. ;)
