I doesn't matter if the error rate is zero, there will always be a need for double checks because people are not always honest.

We need a lot more PRP DC to assess that. The lower the error rate is, the more DC we need to gauge the error rate. In https://www.mersenneforum.org/showpo...1&postcount=88 Gerbicz gave an error rate of <2/mp. I believe that rate excludes user forgeries, transcription errors in manual reporting, and some software bugs.
