In the past weeks I had to unreserved three exponents and noticed that the temporary files produced for each (sometimes two, sometimes just one) were not deleted. I was working with 23.7, now 23.8. Is this a bug or was just something going wrong when I unreserved the exponents?

Temp files are not deleted automatically by Prime95. Presumably this is to prevent work being lost when exponents are accidentally unreserved. You may delete these files at your leisure.
