Default Gripes (and better) about "Dark Side of the Moon"

1) wtf is that? Where don't the sun shine?
2) Sleeve cover drives a sledgehammer through Snell's Law.
2a) A rainbow is much more beautiful than that so-called
"iconic" sleeve cover picture.
3) Even I was too young to appreciate Sputnik, but I thought
the BACKSIDE of the moon on the the frontpage of newspapers
(1963?) was stunning (even though I hadn't perused the frontside
in detail that often).
4) I got more of a kick out of Apollo 8 than Apollo 11.
Apollo 13 is of course legendary.

And BTW, nobody round here likes a snitch like you.

You can ignore posts at will, even without that stupid 'king button.

Enough threads? Once is not enough.
You don't want to repeat that school hmmm error.
Do a bit more forum reading, please.

And if no one else has, I want to say
the only thing you need to self-quarantine
is your music linkages which keep appearing
in odd inappropriate threads. OK?

Hmmm.

I dread this accusation.

To get back on topic:
Shine on you crazy diamond.

And make hay while the sun shines out of your arse.

Give peace a 'king chance.
You're still ******* peasants as far as I can see.
(Working Class Hero in case you didn't know).

JL RIP.
Sure NY is a lovely place.

NY is fine. If those were song lyrics, well,
they belong with the music (unless you
want to quote a portion). Don't be killing
us softly with your songs. Thx.

Apologies if needed.

New York Blues

Cover versions are often the most telling compliment.

I suggest, to dav.e..y that his music thread be
moved to Hobbies if it's not already there, and
any other threads started with intent to showcase
a song be moved there too. Maybe make it a sticky?

mods?

By way of an apology for my incessant inclusion
of music with maths and other anecdotes, I sort
of live and breathe it.

I'm still cut up about Phil Spector's demise

He was NYC wasn't he?.
