I want to say that if N doesn't have to be prime, what the point of being prime?

You are going on a guess. An interesting guess but a guess nonetheless. The fact that a composite shows its face quickly for a couple-hundred-digit number doesn't mean the same will be true for a large number.

What provable logic are you using to come up with the fact that any particular number will be prime? Otherwise you are fishing and it will be nearly computationally impossible to prove your results.
