It's not the size of the factor that makes a ecm miss, but rather
the curve count of ecm runs on the factor of that size, as compared
to the time for sieving. Who ran sufficiently many curves to give
ecm a 2-of-3 chance to find a p56? Or a 4-of-5 chance? It's not
ecm's fault that the people setting sieving didn't run sufficiently
many curves. Operator error, not ecm's fault.
