I don't know what you mean by "loads of k's", but I'll guide you as much as I can.

I would only use PRPNet once tests take a couple of seconds or more to perform. The overhead of communicating with the server takes away too much time from PRP testing. You should consider writing a script to tests associated with k/b/c after a prime/PRP is found. That will help unclutter the database and should help performance.
