Update the zip file of all conjectures to include R3 and R6

I didn't update S6, R6, and R36, only including n<=2200 in S6 and n<=2000 in R6 and n<=1000 in R36

For (probable) primes in S6 with n>2200, see the text file in post #537

For (probable) primes in R6 with n>2000, see post #203

For (probable) primes in R36 with n>1000, see post #706
