Default PRP .residue file not uploaded

I have just finished a PRP-CF assignment, and it reported the result, but it has left a .residue file in the folder.
It might be some time before I do any more work. How can I get my client to upload the .residue file? Can I upload the file manually?

Maybe it would be better if the client also uploaded the .residue file at the same time as the result file?

Which version of which software. There have been versions of GPUOwl that needed an auxiliary program to upload the files.

See the relevant forums.

It turns out there was no need for me to be concerned.
After running the client without starting any new work, within a few minutes, the .proof file (not .residue) successfully uploaded to the server.
