I am on a wireless connection and behind the wireless router which acts a firewall. I want to run the LLRnet server to connect to my computers. It won't connect because of the router. Any idea on how I can do this from my wireless connection.

Have you tried forwarding the port it uses (probably 12984) to your PC's IP-adress? Maybe you can find your router at http://portforward.com/routers.htm
