I am pleased to announce that the postprocessing for this job is finally complete. The factorization of sequence 4788, line 2381, is:

Code:
2381. 494971482475526330124317622685597917541823728848190330550517426954120092476547103666010616743406121936258712976665311787165277173451651329491371568 = 2^4 * 3 * 17 * 239 * 516127 * 1563440761900858657520258100740092791054824661414521843717 * 3145242307596444076700740622189201742377017336699201870940540745667136058929773
Namely, a P58*P79 factorization for the C136.

The full postprocessing log is attached.

I'll continue to crank the next few lines on the sequence with Syd's workers until they run into something they can't crack.

Ah, you caught that one very quickly. Actually I was in the middle of editing the post to attach it when you posted about it.

Yeah, me too. (lol) A while back Gmail (which I use for my primary email address) added a new "Labs" (experimental) feature called the "Forgotten Attachment Detector" or something like that. It looks for words in a message like "attached", "attachment", etc., and if there isn't an attachment on the message when you try to send it, it will pop up a little box saying "Are you sure you want to send this message without attachments?". I've had it kick in a number of times since I first enabled it--definitely quite handy.

I'm pretty sure there are similar programs available for Outlook/(Express), Thunderbird, etc. The only thing that's missing is a feature in vBulletin that does the same for forum posts!
